01 — Who is responsible for your data

This policy describes what we collect, who we share it with, and what you agree to when you publish a profile.02 — What we collect today
- Beta signup form: your name, email address, whether you are talent, a recruiter or an employer, and the department that fits you.
- Feedback form: your email address, whether you are a candidate, recruiter/agent or employer/brand, and whatever you choose to write in the two open questions.
- Newsletter form: your email address.
- Your account and video profile: the video you record, your name, the country you are in, the work you do, and anything else you choose to put on your profile.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring page, collected automatically by our hosting and security systems.
03 — Who we share it with, and what you agree to
ProVideoCV exists to put your video in front of people who hire. When you publish a profile you are asking us to do exactly that, and you agree that we may show what you have published — your video and your profile details — to recruitment agencies, recruiters and employers who are looking for someone like you. You choose what goes in. Everything on your profile is there because you put it there. If you would not want an employer to see it, do not publish it. We do not sell your personal data. Not to agencies, not to employers, not to anyone. Access is given to people who are hiring; it is never sold on as a list. You can change your mind. Write one email to contact@provideocv.com and we take your profile down within 72 hours and confirm it to you in writing. Withdrawing does not undo what was shared before you asked, but it stops anything further.04 — Why we use it

05 — Legal basis
Your consent for the forms and the newsletter, and our legitimate interest in building and securing the platform. You can withdraw consent at any time.06 — Who else handles your data
- Our hosting provider — stores the website and its database.
- FormLayer — the form system; submissions are stored in our own website database.
- ActiveCampaign — sends the email updates you subscribe to.
- Payhip — hosts the products we sell and handles those payments entirely; we never see card details.
- Bitly — measures clicks on links we share.
07 — How long we keep it
Beta signup and feedback data: while the beta runs, and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Technical logs: a short period, for security. Profiles and video. A published ProVideoCV profile, including any video you upload, is kept for as long as you want it live. If your account becomes inactive we will not delete it silently — we contact you first. When you ask us to remove a profile, the page and the video files are deleted, not hidden — usually within 24 hours, always within 72, and we email you to confirm it is done. You can ask for this yourself at any time on Your page, your choice, without writing to anybody.08 — Security
The site runs over encrypted connections, the administration area is access-restricted, and only the operator can read form submissions. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your data we will notify you and the supervisory authority as the law requires.09 — Your rights
You may access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@provideocv.com and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP — dataprotection.ro. You can ask us to remove your profile at any time, and we will. One email is enough. We do not ask why, we do not require a form, and we do not keep a copy of the video afterwards. We action removal usually within 24 hours and always within 72, and confirm it to you in writing. The fastest route is Your page, your choice, where you set who may see your page, what may happen with your video, or ask for everything to be erased.10 — Children
ProVideoCV is for adults. You must be 18 or over to create a profile, and we ask you to confirm that when you sign up. We do not knowingly hold data about anyone under 18. If you believe we hold a child’s data, contact us and it will be deleted.11 — Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers above operate outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or on an adequacy decision.12 — Our position on real people
ProVideoCV exists so real people can be seen as they are. We do not create fake profiles, we do not invent candidate numbers, and no one appears on this site who has not chosen to be here.13 — Advertising and cookies
This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners, as third-party vendors, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site and to other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time in Google’s Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), or opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the cookie settings on this site.14 — Changes
